Working principle

Wet material from the inlet into the dryer, vibration force generated in the vibration motor, the materials move forward continuously along the horizontal direction throwing in fluidization plate, hot air from the air inlet upward through the fluidized plate and the fluidization plate wet material fully contact heat, wet air is discharged into the air cyclone separator or pulse bag dust collector after, after drying the material from the discharge port.
